Cured Chorizo Chilly

Chorizo is a smoky flavoured rich red colour sausage from Pimentos. It is smoked Spanish paprika, usually very spicy. Chorizo is softer to touch, when cooked it releases a delicious spicy red oil. Recipes using chorizo do not call for additional oil to be added. Chorizo sausage is widely used in Spanish. Spanish chorizo uses smoked pork.
